A weekly meme hosted by Diantha Jones where we share and rate TV shows and movies we've seen, and the books that we have read or have now been inspired to read.
The following books are available for review. You see, crew members of our review team chose the books, but we haven't heard from them in a while. So, the books are kind of hanging in mid air, so to speak. And in case you're wondering, reviewers who do that, without letting us know what's going on, won't be able to review another book, not while their status as a crew member is on shaky ground.
The right column lists the format we have available at this very moment. If you would like to read the book but would like a different format, we should be able to make that happen, though there's no guarantees.
Although we love blog comments, please do not request one of these books in a comment, not officially anyway. If there's a book you'd like to read, join our review crew by going to the Review tab on the navigation menu and clicking on Join Our Review Crew. Fill out the form and indicate which book you'd like to read in the last field of the form, the comment field.

This is a "meme" started by Book Whore. Cover Wars
takes two covers and puts them against each other.
Diantha picked two science fiction covers from our review/request list. The review for After the Crash is pending, though not guaranteed per our review policies. Trixie & Me was from the list of books not chosen. Would you like to read it? The book is not guaranteed to be available, though if you are interested in joining our crew of book reviewers, see the navigation menu.
This is a continuation of this post where I highlighted a lousy one star review. Many of our readers and passers-by helped send a message to the reviewer in question. Due to the success of the campaign, I thought I would do it again. This time, though, I won't just highlight a lousy one star review, because I actually found another one star review by the same reviewer that I think is actually helpful.
The Sunday Post is a weekly meme hosted by Kimba the Caffeinated Book Reviewer. It's a chance to recap the past week, showcase books and things we have received and share news about what is coming up for the week on our blog.
The response from the previous Shame on You post was phenomenal. I wasn't sure if people would agree with me or not. I should not have feared. The Indie community came together and told that reviewer the what for. Good for us!
For those of you who do not know, the Masquerade Crew is putting together a series of time-travel anthologies, the first of them hopefully to come out in the next few months. No final date has been set and probably won't be until right before we are ready to release the hounds. This has been a project a year in the making. It's about time we got somewhere with it.
The number of ebooks sold last year grew 43% from the previous year. This may sound like huge growth, but the ebook market has actually slowed somewhat. Growth before that was in the triple digits. What’s contributed to the slow down?
